HealthWorks gym in Newcastle recently became the first UK user of the new Woodway Curve. Linsley Charlton, Fitness Development Manager at the club, gives her view on the treadmill below.

We are delighted to be the first facility in the UK to buy the Woodway Curve. It is a versatile product catering for a wide range of gym users which is very important to us. We loaned the treadmill for a week to see what our customers thought of it and the reaction was overwhelmingly positive so we decided not to give it back and bought it straight away!

Customers notice that they are getting a better work out, that their posture is better and they feel less impact. Customers comment that it is more like running or walking outside.

It has created a lot of interest in the gym and has been a great point of discussion with its unusual features. One of the big draws for us was the fact that there is so little to go wrong with it with no fancy electronics and it takes even our heaviest customers without breaking.
