What is Cortex 21 Performance?

The Cortex 21 Performance – Mobile Measurement Unit

The Mobile Measurement Unit houses the sensor technology for gas analysis measurement, including:

- Volume flow sensor to use with a Reusable or Disposable Turbine
- Gas Sample Line
- Oxygen Sensor – tool free exchange
- Carbon Dioxide Sensor
- Temperature, pressure and humidity sensors
- The Cortex 21 mobile measurement unit also features a bright 3.5-inch touch display, with 3 hard keys that can be used with gloves as an alternative to touch display operation.

- Telemetry with Bluetooth LE and ANT+, Positioning System for receiving GPS, GLONASS, BEIDOU and GALILEO signals.

- SD card for storing test data allows for data to be collected for infinite data collection

- Two battery ports for mains independent power supply with Hot Swap function. Meaning the device need not shut down when replacing batteries.

- CLICK & GO latch for secure attachment to the carrying harness

NB: Licensing may be required for the use of individual features.

The docking station is supplied with every Cortex 21 Performance system and serves to support the Mobile measurement unit. Supplied with:

Mains Power Supply

Charging System – Li-ion battery compartment for charging 4 x Li-ion batteries as well as those in the measurement unit

Exchangeable, calibration-free Carbon Dioxide ambient air sensor

Solenoid valve for simple gas calibration

High resolution vertical alignment display, indicating ambient Co2- levels, battery charge status and other messages
