Small sample = less pain
Requires only 0,7 μl blood, that’s a tiny pin prick of blood needed. Our lancets produce a small, shallow and thin puncture wound meaning the site is less painful and heals quicker. This increases athletes tolerance to testing.

How frequently should I run control solutions through my device?
- Before using your Lactate Plus Meter for the first time and at least once per week.
- Each time you open a vial of Lactate Plus Test Strips.
- If you drop your Lactate Plus Meter
Only Lactate Plus Control Solutions are recommended for use with the Lactate Plus Meter and Lactate Plus Test Strips.
Note: Before running a blood or quality control test, check that the expiration date of the strips and control has not elapsed.
Interfering Substances
Seventeen interference compounds were studied to determine if their presence affected the reporting of lactate results in whole blood. None of the compounds interfered with the reporting of the Lactate Results at the tested concentration range.
