Mouthpieces are moulded of a durable flexible silicone rubber for bite resistance and port connection flexibility and sealing.
There are three sizes of each of the two mouthpiece types that vary in sizes of the mouth bite section and port connection diameters. Large bite block design optimizes use in high flow applications reducing the resistance to flow through the subject’s mouth. Sizes are designed for adults and large paediatric subjects for attachment to valves used during pulmonary function testing, exercise testing, spirometry and respiratory research.
