Why is there no power going to my treadmill?
- Is the wall socket on? Do other appliances work?
- Is the on/off rocker switch on the AC Bracket (bottom right of the treadmill) turned on?
- Have you checked your breaker to make sure it has not tripped?
- Have the fuses in the AC Bracket been checked/changed? See Fig 1
- If all above have not worked then please log a call out via Service@cranlea.co.uk
My Treadmill is stuck on an incline and won’t come back down, what do i do?
- Is the treadmill turned on? Is there power to the display?
- If no, check Troubleshoot 1 and follow steps. If yes then continue to the next step.
- Are there any objects trapped underneath the treadmill?
- Are there any error codes on the display i.e. ERR1, ERR2 or ERR3?
- Unplug the treadmill for 60 seconds and plug back in again.
- If this doesn’t work then please log a call out via service@cranlea.co.uk
My Treadmill is stuck in dynamic mode / Belt is free-wheeling, how to i solve this?
- Is the treadmill turned on? Is there power to the display?
- If no, check Troubleshoot 1 and follow steps. If yes then continue to the next step.
- Are there any error codes on the display i.e. ERR1, ERR2 or ERR3?
- Unplug the treadmill for 60 seconds and plug back in again.

Why are my Speed/Incline buttons not working?
- Is the problem with the display/overlay or the handrail buttons?
- Are any buttons sticking? Is there a constant bleeping noise?

There is a loud noise coming from my belt, what could be causing this?
- Are there any objects stuck under or in the belt?
- Has the belt shifted to one side?

Why does my Treadmill feel unstable?
- Are there any objects stuck under the belt/feet?
- Are all feet on the floor?
- Tighten all feet and ensure the floor is level.
