Robust flat scales with cable remote display, BMI, HOLD and TARE for mobile use.
A two-meter-long cable connects the display with the SECA 899 Medically Approved weighing base, allowing for the display to be set up separately from the base and be read hand held, on a wall or desk.
Additional convenience is supplied by the many extra weighing functions: BMI for nutritional conditions, HOLD to keep measurements displayed and TARE for weighing small children held in an adult’s arms.
The SECA 899 is suitable for stationary or mobile use, thanks to its handle, compact size, low weight and a levelling base for set-up on all types of surfaces.

Cable remote display for easy reading and operation
The cable remote display can be mounted on the wall or set up on the table. This is how the seca 899 adapts perfectly to your workplace. You can switch on the TARE, HOLD and BMI function conveniently using the buttons next to the display. With its handle and high stability, the seca 899 flat scales are also ideal for mobile use.
Optional Extras
The Seca 899 can be combined with the Seca 217 Stadiometer with an adapter element, so you can then take both your patients weight and height at the same time. Paired together, they are the perfect combination for mobile use.
The Seca 217 can be disassembled to be conveniently transported to any location, and it is then easily reassembled in just a few steps. When using the SECA 899 with the SECA 217 we recommend the SECA 409 Carry case. This is large enough to fit both the Seca 899 and Seca 217 in together.
